Cancellation Policy::
- We consider that the booking is confirmed against an advance payment, Which is collected by the agent on behalf of the Resort?
- Cancellation or Early Check-out Intimated on or after the day of arrival, full retention will be Charged.
- Cancellation within 04 days prior to check in date, one night retention will be charged.
- Adv payment is non refundable.
- Resort Reserves the right to relax the policies on special cases.
Child Policy:
- 02 Children below 06 years complimentary on room only basis.
- Child rate for children between 06-12 yrs would be applicable.
Note:
- Extension of stay available on pro-rata basis, subject to availability of rooms.
- Children above 12 years of age would be considered as Adults, extra adult rate would be applicable.
- Maximum 2 Adults or 2 Adults with two children below 12 years would be allowed per double room.
- Maximum of one mattress would be permitted per room.
Booking Procedure:
- All reservations will be held on definite basis till 8 days prior to check-in date or as specified by reservations, unless guaranteed by 50% advance payment.
- Agents/ Sales offices should preciously give details about the children accompanying parents and ages. Hotel holds right to refuse bookings where details not given and such bookings would not be entitled for refund for the same.
- The package rate is subject to change without prior notice.
Reservation confirmations are subject to availability of rooms
- Last Minute Booking will be held confirmed basis and will be bound by the Cancellation Policy
